Since 1996, Universal Home Care (UHC) has served as a patient-centric provider committed to delivering superior medical care to all patients regardless of their complexity of treatment.

UHC offers its services to Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties and consists of a select group of caring, highly-efficient, home & hospice care professionals, who are focused in bringing the community equal access to necessary care in the most efficient, appropriate and compassionate manner.

The Challenge

UHC reached out to Celo as they were looking for a HIPAA-compliant messaging solution that is straightforward and easy to use. Following their own research into other solutions, UHC chose Celo to implement across their organization and provide a safe and compliant communication channel to their staff.
